Echidna

I know I’ve blipped one of these before but they’re particularly inoffensive and interesting creatures. It’s no use going out looking for one, they just bob up randomly every couple of months meandering across the back yard in the valley, slowly crossing a road or just hanging around in the paddock. This one had just made his way across Nellies Glen Road.
