Sheltered
I took the train to a small lakeside town called Rolle. The train ride is 30m. minutes from Lausanne. I had an appointment there. I strolled along the main street and it was bitterly cold with an icy wind blowing. Walking along the lake wasn't interesting because it looked like a wet expanse of pale grey!
I did like this slice of a building, painted in light blue with contrasting white shutters. The archway provides a frame within a frame and there was a young fellow sitting on a bench, sheltered against the cold, consulting his mobile phone.
