Beefing it up.

I thought it would be busy in the gym this morning, but not at all, in fact quieter than usual. Maybe people haven't got the money, but I'm not complaining, as I like that. Only Cath, Des & myself, and we went on the rowers at the same time. There was a bit of healthy competition, but Des had to have a sit down afterwards, but not bad for 80, I guess.  I had all the layers on to walk into town, and I was toasty warm. Caught the bus home, and J arrived home not long afterwards.
