Storm Damage

A little walk through the woods this morning - revealed that some pretty big branches have been brought down during recent storms.

Here, it looks as though a branch from the far tree in the centre has come away and hit a branch of another tree and brought it down. The large branch in the foreground was originally right above where I stood to get the shot!

They are all in a tangled mess on the ground.

Mrs madwill is away on a ‘sewing retreat’ until Sunday evening - so I guess can eat and drink pretty much what I want for a few days. :-)
