No-meat-balls

Busy day attempting to catch up on work.  The family dramas continued to a certain extent - my brother was on the way to Somerset for work, and to visit my Mum, and got caught in standstill traffic on the M2, only making it 20 miles in three hours.  He eventually had to give up and go back home.  Then in the evening, my sister sent a message to say that my nephew had had a seizure.  2024 is not going brilliantly so far!

Back to a bit of normality at home though, with work and a tasty dinner of Quorn meatballs and spaghetti.
