Flower Friday

…seems to come around a lot, at least once a week. This is a crepe myrtle and a few aggies. 

I got a lot of interesting answers to the abstract quiz yesterday. TheBroon was quite correct guessing it was a black hole with a galaxy on the other side. It was a black hole indeed and as far as the scientists say there are lots of galaxies out there. Not that I’ve seen any lately. The whole pic (also cropped) is in extras. A piece of bark. 

We have just been out to deposit the recycling (for bottles - you get 10 cents back). No return from the white wine bought at Aldi or the Moet. I’m not a wine drinker but had to have a sip of the champagne (it was a present to our daughter and she shared it with us).  We did get 10 cents for the James Squire beer bottles (Rustycrapp’s drink of choice). We also went and fed and watered the hens at our daughter’s place.
