The Other Side of the Valley

Our holiday project over the break for Photogroup is "Photo-History Treasure Hunt". I was planning to old do country pubs but as it doesn't look as if we'll get out west I've taken the easy option photographing old structures in the Megalong Valley.
My trusty chauffeur drove me to the far end of the valley this morning, and this afternoon we headed the other way to catch some of the afternoon light.
The other side of the valley is quite different from ours with lots of wide open spaces. This is the view from Rustycrapp’s road.
