I <3 Chess

The boys are working on the tactics for the first two games. Tomorrow the tournament starts for S, later today he and S have to be at the last briefing for the players and seconds of the highest groups of the tournament.

When that’s done we go to the tournament hall to say hello to the players from the first amateur tournament (the 3 round weekend tournament) we know from our chess club and other tournaments.

There are so many players in the weekend tournament that some groups are playing in a beach club nearby. You can find it easily with a sign like this :-D
On the other side is the big beach club. And next to it are some more clubs, so it’s not so abandoned as it looks on the photo :-D
