Birthday Colin, there's nothing better.

Physio for Carys went ok. She was there 2.5hrs! Lots of exercises and some stretches and some massage. Injection hasn't taken everything away but it is much better than it was. Now C has to take baby steps back and carefully and we all hold our breath.
