View Descending from Muckleburgh Hill
It was a bit of a gloomy and drizzly day but I still enjoyed my walk with H. We did a circular route from Kelling Heath taking in Muckleburgh Hill. We walked through this gate and then down a steep slope towards the sea.
I've warmed up this photo in Lightroom a little so that it doesn't look quite so flat.
We were treated to a fleeting view of a pair of goldcrests, but they were too quick for me to get a photograph. What beautiful and tiny little birds they are.
It was a cold day, so I enjoyed my steaming mug of home-made cream of celery soup (topped with grated mature cheddar) when I got home.
