Phew

Last week the vet highly recommended a rotten tooth needed to come out.

Not ideal for a dog 16 years and 3 months young ...

But they said his heart was great and they wouldn't make the recommendation unless they thought the benefits outweighed the potential risk.

And what a trooper he is! One nasty tooth removed and the rest given a bit of a spruce up! Plus along with his healthy heart he's got healthy blood too!

Only issue now is his arthritic back legs but we're going to try a monthly jab which will hopefully help his mobility and relieve any pain he may have.

Very sleepy now and we'll all be on the sofa in front of the fire soon!
