Brighter

Another good night, so that's a win.

A busy day with one-to-ones and plenty of positive conversations.  A busy but good day.

It is still cold though.  I don't really want to venture out at the moment in this cold with my arm as it is.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A pain free night and day again
2.  Plenty of positive discussions
3.  Chilli con carne for tea
