Santander

After a long car journey we took a much needed walk along the seafront just as the sun started to dip. It was bracing in the cold sea air and lovely to see the fishermen still out. There is snow on the surrounding mountains but it’s been blue sky and sunshine today, perfect for road travel. Santander’s promenade is a good place for wine and tapas and we’re off out.
