To London

I had my last cancer centre gym session today. Thanks to all the staff and other participants for an information-packed, supportive and friendly experience.
I also needed a blood test. At 10am there was an IT problem, they suggested I go away for a while. I went to the gym session and when I came back they put me at the front of the queue - in and out in record time!
