Bit early

These bulbs (grape hyacinths I think) first sent up shoots in the Autumn, and then more recently produced the shorter leaves. I might see if I can find something to cover them this week as the weather is getting colder for the next few days.

Today I made a silly mistake, had a laugh with friends about it, and got some tasks done, amongst many other things. A good day in other words.

Am now reading Howl's Moving Castle, by Diana Wynne Jones. Studio Ghibli based the film of the same name in it. The first time I've read a book that was recommended by me by H, as they read it in school!
