Woodpeckers

What a treat, two woodpeckers around for quite a while today. The young one was being fed by the older one, but my shots were a bit blurred. I liked the way they were on opposite sides of the branch here.

Lazy day so far, a bit of domestic drudgery and the planned walk was thwarted by the rain. Off to meet friends for dinner later and (maybe) a wee dip in the loch at midnight since it's to be a full moon and it's almost midsummer.
