Morning walk
If you are getting the impression I’m doing a lot of walking, that’s because my New Year’s resolution is to do a minimum for 20 minutes exercise four times a week. In reality I’m trying to do it every day, and pushing for half an hour. Week 1 I managed the 20 mins four times, week 2 I’ve done at least half an hour every day.
This morning I’ve been down to the post office. Off to London later as we have tickets for The Mousetrap
