Another howling gale

Lashing rain and 50 mph gusts woke me up early this morning. We’re in the grip of yet another wild storm blowing in from the southeast. The bedroom window faces the SE and the pelting rain and howling wind woke us all up. Around 5:30. It’s supposed to last most of the day. I hope the trees stay rooted and the power stays on.
