Grazed and bruised

Yesterday at school Pippa had a bruising encounter with a wooden picnic bench - she stumbled over someone. Her neck, hip and knee took the brunt of the fall.

Today she is sore all over, but her neck bothers her the most. She is unable to turn her head and all her neck muscles are extremely stiff. So no swim training this afternoon, but she very bravely performed in her first ever performance with the music school this morning. She was due to race in the Antwerp kids triathlon tomorrow, but I am not sure if that is going to happen (she will be gutted if she can't participate...)

Anyway, almost time to pick up Abbie from her scouts film event this evening.
