Sweet Violet

I saw the first daffodil of the year just coming out into bloom in a garden we passed on our walk this afternoon, which gave me such a lift. I didn’t manage to get a good photo, so this sweet violet in our front garden is my substitute. 

Oh, and the iPad, which Smithers has been insisting for I don’t know how long that he simply doesn’t need, seems to be in constant use. Odd, isn’t it? ;-)
