Watching The Tits.....


....the Blue Tits Aerobatics Display that is, known locally as the Flying Tits, held their display once a month in the winter season, as a way of cheering their fellow feathered friends up.

Days ago it had been forecast to be 'miserable and murky', nearly ideal conditions for thr Tits to fly in, as they were experts in low level flying.

Today however Bert the Sparrow had turned up to watch his friend Barry, to show appreciation for his efforts.

However the irony of ironys is that the largely clear blue sky and glorious sunshine, which humans loved, and the feathered fraternity did too, made for not so great Watching of the Tits, as they largely blended in to the Blue Sky, particularly with the sunshine behind them - which just couldn't be helped.

So Bert cheered his friend on despite the weather, took in the sunshine, and showed his appreciation to the glimpses of his friends flying skills that he managed to catch. It was the trying that mattered after all.
