Sessile……

…..Oaks on the Quantock Hills this afternoon. Not a great picture as it was dull & slightly misty. They look great in the sunshine. We went over the hills (& far away!) to attend a friends wake at Quantock Lakes. Beautifully done by her daughters. She had not wanted a funeral but a party! And what a party it was. Her brother R, M & K all spoke about her so brilliantly. She was very definitely a ‘one’ off & she will be both fondly missed & well remembered.
