More coaching more prepping

Had a 10 am with Jackie and we went a bit over time .... I really need to get this better under control.
Then I had the first membership call with Silja which was great.

Neil and I went for a coffee and a bite to eat to North Star.

I spent the evening prepping for the reading tomorrow for Fiona.

Missed the food shot ...... again


Dang - if I had know this was my blip day I had put more effort in the picture hahaha!
Is that 8 years?????
And I am 10 days behind .... that's because there are some photos from 2022 I still have to edit .... ;)
