Sea Pinks

The Thrift is now out in full bloom all over the place. A lovely wee plant which seems to thrive in the harshest of places with this bunch at St Ninians Isles.

Dreadful day of weather today which was a shame for the various activities happening in the Isles ranging from the Regatta here in Sandwick to the Lifeboat open day in Lerwick and the mid-summer carnival also in Lerwick.
