Little by little

Great pilates class today, but twingy lower back so the teacher adapted some moves for me. She certainly knows her stuff and it's good to be in a small group.
Another big clear out of the shelf above my wardrobe. Of course I found things I'd not seen for a long time. This jumper is another of mum's knits, the same pattern as my sisters one that's missing a cable knit so is lopsided....this is exactly the same! Maybe it is the pattern said my sister. I'm not so sure.
Felt good to take 5 big bags to charity.
News of an old friends passing from her daughter made me sad, but not unexpected as the usual Christmas card with a lovely written note, had not arrived this year.
