JAM SPONGE.

I've had a baking day today making Shepherds pies for the freezer. And I've made a Jam sponge for Tony because it's his favourite. Greg's birthday went okay yesterday. Even though we had our trifle by candle light because of the electricity going off AGAIN.  He was pleased with the BBQ we brought him for when he goes fishing.
