Indoor sunshine

Back to gyming, which I’ve discovered can be a verb. It was a bit of an effort what with the ice and an early start but Pilates was energising. A cursory skimming of the papers and then off to lunch with friends in the next block. As I left I remembered to get a blip, our flowers change weekly, next door these sunflowers are a permanent feature. I’m not sure why the background is quite so dark, it was only about 4pm and there was still plenty of light outside.
