Sunday morning on the Hoe

Walked back from church across the Hoe this morning and saw the gorgeous sky! Yesterday I signed up for a week with the Devonshire health and leisure centre courtesy of marks and Spencer’s Sparks card! Sian got the second person joining from me and today we went to swim in the outdoor pool! It is heated but the air was chilly. Went for a sauna and a steam to get warm again! Will try the gym treadmill for backward walking!
