Praia d'el Rey, Portugal

My golf trip to Portugal was reduced to lazying around the pool and short walks due to my pesky bad back preventing me from playing with the rest of the 16 strong society. I managed to do a few yoga lessons though and enjoyed the rest from work but I did get quite depressed about my continued back problems and to top it all, on my return to Bournemouth, I picked up a stomach bug leaving me feeling quite drained- I'm afraid there was no energy left after work to do any blipping. I'm now feeling much better and have some catching up to do : looking at all your lovely stuff and adding a few of my own.
