Golden pillow....

Travelled to Mazabuka this afternoon as I have an early morning meeting tomorrow!  Stayed in the Golden pillow lodge which sounds better than it is!  One of the ministers from Livingstone also came and stayed in the same place!  Unfortunately in Zambia, much of the food in these basic lodges is deep fried and with having pancreatitis, that is not the best food for me!  Thankfully there is a cafe just outside Mazabuka who make lovely salads so on the way, I picked up a salad for myself.  Obviously I have to look after my health after having such a serious illness!
