Winter sun

Arrived a little early for my chiropractor appointment so wandered around Cumberland Basin.
In all my years of living in Bristol I've never actually seen the lock gates open.
Not only that, but left open.
I assumed they would be opened per boat but apparently not.

Really cold, but the sun was incredibly warm on my black coat.
