Icy Patterns

A beautiful crisp clear morning…but it was very cold! Fortunately no real wind, so it didn’t feel too raw.

The ground was frozen solid, so I was able to walk through woods and fields without getting muddy at all.

Lots of ice around..so I was spoilt for choice for a blip. The main image is a view across a drainage ditch into the base of a hedgerow. The sun was just  shining across the ditch and lightning the base of the tree. I liked the curved lines that look like contours.

Added an extra of a frozen puddle with more shapes…including what looked like a dog’s head ..top right.
