Bright start

A terrible night.  No pain, just a lot of discomfort and not being able to find the position where I could rest.

Despite the lack of sleep the day has been quite positive.  We had an audit for a new standard we're going for and it went really well.  We have one more day tomorrow to see whether we can move on to the next stage.

Had some great discussions with my young padawan, so it has been a bright start to the week.

I popped down to Morriston hospital to pick up my medication.  No change on the scan though, I still couldn't get a date.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Great discussions with my young padawan
2.  A positive audit
