Fishfingers

So much blue!

It was a lovely day to be shut in a gloomy office today. A proper winter day. And bloomin freezing.

The building works aren't boding well so far. The scaffolders didn't arrive until 2pm, and immediately said something along the lines of 'thats a big job we won't get it done by the time it gets dark'. I'd kinda hoped they'd been told it was a big job but obviously not.  They are due back in the morning. The skip can't come until the scaffoldings done and the work can't start until the skip arrives. So, as well as the weeks delay due to the weather we're now starting two days later than planned. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

In other news the BiL is no longer terrorising the hospital staff and has been let out. He's ok, tired but glad to be in his own place. Himself will call tomorrow and make sure he has everything he needs. Apparently fish fingers are allowed in his restricted diet so he's quite happy.
