The Edwardian writing bureau

Keen observers of my blips (cue tumbleweed) might recall I visited Falkirk on Saturday to pick up this bureau. It fits really well in the space and today I started tidying up all my notebooks and files and finding a place for them. Glad I spent extra for the scrotum tickler, it makes the entire user experience so much more enjoyable.

Later, the power went off again. Fortunately I was just dishing dinner up and we ate by candlelight. At the end of the meal the power was restored, so we will be able to watch the last episode of “Why Didn’t They Ask Evans”.
