Startled

I do think that pigeons always look a bit startled but this one, sitting in our mountain ash, may have been startled by the complete blueness of the sky after a number days where it has been completely grey and miserable.  This pic is taken through glass some 50-60 feet away.
The clear skies signal a drop in temperatures and tomorrow promises to be even colder than today, with snow forecast for Scotland and the North of England.  The low temperature does nothing to speed my recovery, although it does offer extra walking opportunities as I seem to permanently need the loo!
