Sunshine Surprise …

… this morning so I hadn’t organised my rucksack. As my usual “playmates” were injured or occupied, using one of the ski touring tracks (extra with a very tall selfie) that ends at the top of a ski area (second extra, the Croix de Chaux) was a great solution. With every metre gained, the wind got stronger and it was very cold. The cold saps your strength and I was glad to ski down, get home, and have a late lunch, shower and a nap! It could be raining tomorrow apparently, so I am glad to have made a big effort today!
