Selly Manor

An absolutely brilliant talk today at u3a Monthly Meeting ( following our AGM), from the Heritage Manager of Selly Manor Museum in Bournville. If you’re local and have been you’ll know. I am now planning a trip for summer. The house above was rescued from a mile or so away; was originally a 3 house row of cottages. The Cadbury family especially George recognised the importance of preserving buildings from a bygone age.
