Gas repairs

Just what you want when it’s snowing. They were ringing the bell at 8am to tell us they were digging our drive up and then cut the gas off. We had to remind them they promised us a heater. They brought 2 shortly afterwards. At 8.15 they rang the bell again, could they have a coffee? Did they want two? Think again, there were 7 of them. 7 mugs went out but only 4 came back intact. 3 of them were broken. Allegedly they are going to replace them. While they were inside the garage dealing with the meter, they managed to smash a brand new storage box. The gas is back on tonight, thank goodness.
