The Temple Church

Met W at Temple tube today and after the usual refreshments, we explored the Temple Church. It is the Chapel of Inner and Middle Temple, two of London's four ancient legal colleges 'the Inns of Court'. It has a fascinating history and is a marvellous building. The visit has made us want to learn more about the Knights Templars. I have attached a link to the Church.
The main Blip is the ceiling of The Round.
The first extra is Victorian Minton tiles which were made for the ground floor. Those that survived The Blitz were then relaid on a higher floor in The Round.
The second extra is the East Window - a gift to the Inns from the Worshipful Company of Glaziers after the Blitz.
