The Only Mail I Got Today

Am struggling with ribcage today, so the above mail was not well received. I managed to get just short of 3000 steps this morning before the snow arrived. It didn't linger long but was so cold I couldn't face a second walk. Been contacted by the Cardiac community nurse with an appointment Monday in Pock and Tuesday back to LGI! That will keep busy.
