Waiting for ...

Zoom, unheard of four years ago pre-Covid, is now part of our daily lives.
 
Take today. 
This morning I had my weekly yoga online class. 
Then we were due to go to a funeral in Edinburgh only we changed our mind after hearing the forecast. We discovered, too late, the funeral was live streamed but we can catch up when it goes online in two days’ time.
 
Our local Writers Group switched to zoom this evening after hearing the forecast. (It worked well because people must focus).
 
None of this would have been possible four years ago.  But today we take it for granted. I wonder what other changes the next four years will bring.
