The Grand Canyon

I took this shot on my way to St.Paul, MN. I was about to open the window shade when I heard the pilot say: "Take a look of a great view of the Grand Canyon, on your left." Good thing I had my camera with me. The view was so spectacular it looked unreal. We flew over it for about 5 - 10 minutes. I chose a photo that I took towards the end and shows the airplane wing to give a sense of perspective.

The Grand Canyon is one of the world wonders. It is described as a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in the state of Arizona, in the United States.
