Whytes Woodland, Chislehurst

Nothing much just playing with the camera until I got too cold and it started raining (ok so I was out for about 20 mins in total lol). Chislehurst is surrounded by National Trust commons and greenery and long may that last although they have built too many houses around here recently.

This morning I went to put a load of washing in and I realised that oops I'd forgotten to take out theload I'd done last Sunday just before I visited my parents - suffice to say the stench was overpowering and I had to re-wash.

Then I thought there was a bit of mud ofteh floor in the kitchen and I picked it up before realising it was a big fat black bubble bee lying on its back which I dropped in a panic. I'm surprised it didn't sting me but I put it in a cup and placed it the right way up in a plant pot with flowers (which didn't flower this year!!) and it seemed to be crawling and I checked later and it was gone so I guess it flew off.
