Organic purple carrot curry

Not been feeling myself for a few weeks and I'm trying to detox a little.

Went to the organic food shop in Samford today and bought some organic purple carrots (... c'mon, who knew carrots were originally purple?) and mushrooms.

Threw together a very tasty curry tonight with the addition of some green lentils.
