Amber Alert Approaching

The yellow weather warning changed to an amber alert today due to expected snow which arrived in these clouds heading in from the north. I don't think there was as much snow here as yesterday although the amount has now risen to 7 inches which is a huge amount for Shetland. Windier today which caused any falling snow to drift and its the same forecast for tomorrow.  No planes, buses, papers or post for another day.
In the extra we have a Robin that has been about for a couple of weeks now but I'm not sure how much food he gets as any I put out is quickly taken by the Starlings and House Sparrows.
