Red pebble

This pebble caught my eye as I walked along the beach to go to the shops. A very grey and bitterly cold day. Extra : grey ripples and looking down on the mobile sauna which visits 3x a week. Always a steady flow of hardy souls sitting in the tub and swimming. I did enjoy it a couple of times - in summer.
I started the day with 'retro aerobics'at the gym . I enjoyed it as used to teach classes just like this in 90s. Good music too.
Looking forward to our son coming for dinner after work.
