Ugh!

The best night for ages.

And then bang!!! First meeting of the morning and my arm starts killing me.  Bruising has come out again and I'm sick to death of this problem.  If I'd had the scan I'd know where I was now and hopefully have a plan to solve the problem.  I'm left up in the air at the minute.

Eye test went well.  No change.

Gutted that I had to cancel a meeting with a friend because of the pain.

1.  A wellness check from young padawan after she found out about the pain
