Film cameras

Today I was looking for traditional headphones to use at the gym to plug into the machines, as although they have blue tooth I find setting it up each time tedious so easier to plug in headphones, I looked in our “old technology”  drawer and came across my last two film cameras from the 1990’s . They were used on lots of holidays and both had the date feature. As I go through old photos pre digital I  find having the date on them so useful…must have been taken with these cameras.
I was interested to see lots of both of these cameras on eBay and some of the Olympus model for over £200.  
Maybe I should get some film and try them out.

The gym was very busy this morning, the January new year resolutions effect I suppose. I rarely go there as prefer to go to classes but they are often fully booked at the moment. You have to book 9 days in advance on the dot of 8am and sometimes you still end up on the waiting list for a class of 24!

This afternoon I went to help with Gardening Club at the twins school. We did go outside and found the pond was fully frozen over with ice about half an inch thick. They were also checking if the bulbs had come up. But half the session was devoted to checking the indoor bulbs they planted last term and designing an indoor garden which they will start next week.
