Two skating swans.
As it was way too cold for our usual early walk, we left Chloe at home and drove into Stirling for a brief mooch around the shops. Home for lunch then  down the canal for a walk. Still very cold, it never got above zero, even in the sunshine.
Back down to Ali’s for a little while later for E & E coming in from school.
It may be even colder tonight, hope our water doesn’t freeze!
